Trust Re-domiciliation
The applicable law of an existing international trust may change to that of the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, provided that such change is recognised by the applicable law of the other jurisdiction.
On the other hand, the applicable law may change from that of the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, provided that the new applicable law recognises the validity of the trust and the respective interests of the beneficiaries.
